Our Story
La Fogata Table is rooted in Mexican flavor, shaped by the way we love to gather, cook and share a table.
Our menu celebrates the warmth and character of Mexican cuisine through bold flavors, fresh ingredients and dishes made with intention. Along the way, subtle Italian influences add another layer to the experience — from certain ingredients and techniques to the simplicity of letting good food speak for itself.
The result is not traditional Mexican and it is not Italian. It is our own expression: contemporary, vibrant and deeply connected to the spirit of hospitality.
